Terms and Conditions – Six-Month Discounted Management Fees Promotion

1. Promotion Details

1.1. Cusack Partners (“the Company”) is offering a promotional management fee of 7% + GST, discounted from the standard rate of 9.9% + GST.

1.2. This promotional rate will apply for the first six (6) months of the management agreement.

1.3. After the six-month promotional period, standard management fees (currently 9.9% + GST) will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To qualify for this promotion, a new management agreement must be signed with Cusack Partners during the promotional period stated in clause 4.

2.2. The property owner must commit to a minimum management term of six (6) months. Early termination of the agreement by the property owner within this period will result in the standard management fee of 9.9% + GST being backdated and applied to all management services rendered.

2.3. This offer is available to new clients only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

3. Scope of Promotion

3.1. The discounted management fee applies only to Cusack Partners’ standard property management services.

4. Promotion Period

4.1. This promotion is valid for agreements entered into between 24 September 2025 and 24 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

4.2. Any agreements signed outside of the Promotional Period will not be eligible for the discounted fee.

5. General

5.1. Cusack Partners reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect clients who have already entered into an agreement during the Promotional Period.

5.2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
